SAP MDM

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Daily Run and Maintain Operational activities for Material Master, Customer Master, and Vendor Master data objects globally in SAP MDG platform

· Data Quality- Data Cleansing, Data Enrichment and De-duplication projects for all the global master data objects

· Troubleshoot the data issues in MDG/ SAP, IDOCs troubleshooting

· Develop business rules and policies for MDM- Material/ Customer/ Vendor domains, and implement strong data governance models to ensure adherence to established rules

· Set, monitor, and drive improvement on company KPI’s related master data management (MDM)

· Communicate with stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis, providing visibility and insight on MDM policy changes, data issues, improved contingencies and corrective action plans as required

· Provide testing support for new system enhancements and project implementation

· Maintain standard operating procedures related to all master data objects creation and change requests, ensuring that only approved and valid changes are permitted in the system

· Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate business value for master data initiatives, using that information to prioritize action items

· Liaison between IT and business partners to ensure that both business and technical needs are translated and addressed
