Job Description:We are urgently hiring Assistant Cooks for a reputed fine dine restaurant in KSA under the sponsorship of Mahara. As an Assistant Cook, you will:Assist the level cooks by delivering high-quality basic food materials/products in terms of freshness and consistency using basic kitchen utensils.Prepare and cook allocated dishes to meet recipe and quality standards under direct supervision.Comply with all relevant food hygiene, safety, and quality policies and procedures.Ensure a healthy and safe work environment and maintain high-quality products and services for customers.Requirements:2-3 years of minimum experience in a similar role.Good command of English; Arabic fluency is a plus.Physically fit and strong to work in KSA as per company requirements.Age limit: 22-35 years.Salary & Benefits:Basic Salary: 1300 SR + 200 FA (Food Allowance)Duty Hours: 9 hours + 1-hour break, 6 days a week + OT (if applicable).Contract Period: 2 years.Benefits: Accommodation, transportation, medical/insurance, and other benefits as per KSA Labour Law.Selection Process:CV selection followed by an online interview.How to Apply:Interested candidates meeting the above criteria can apply by submitting their CV on PlacementIndia.com.
