The Site Helper supports daily site operations by assisting skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring basic safety practices are followed. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and willingness to learn on the job.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other site staffLoad, unload, and move construction materialsKeep the site clean, organized, and hazard-freeMix materials (cement, sand, etc.) as instructedHandle basic tools and equipment under supervisionFollow safety rules and wear required PPEPerform any other site-related tasks assigned by the supervisorRequirements & SkillsNo formal education required (basic literacy preferred)Prior construction/site experience is an advantagePhysically fit and able to lift heavy materialsAbility to follow instructions and work in a teamWillingness to work outdoors and flexible hoursWorking ConditionsConstruction site environmentMay involve standing for long hours and manual laborSalary & BenefitsAs per company standardsOvertime and site allowances (if applicable)
