Interview For Helper || 10th Pass - Freshers

The Site Helper supports daily site operations by assisting skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring basic safety practices are followed. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and willingness to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, and other site staff

Load, unload, and move construction materials

Keep the site clean, organized, and hazard-free

Mix materials (cement, sand, etc.) as instructed

Handle basic tools and equipment under supervision

Follow safety rules and wear required PPE

Perform any other site-related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements & Skills

No formal education required (basic literacy preferred)

Prior construction/site experience is an advantage

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Willingness to work outdoors and flexible hours

Working Conditions
