We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Andheri West. This role is essential for driving company growth and expanding our market presence.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Identify New Business Opportunities:** Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients and markets to pursue for business growth.- **Develop and Maintain Relationships:** Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote company products and services, ensuring long-term partnerships.- **Create Business Strategies:** Develop effective strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets, enhancing overall company performance.- **Prepare Proposals and Presentations:** Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services, effectively addressing client needs and preferences.- **Collaborate with Internal Teams:** Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align efforts and enhance overall business performance.- **Monitor Market Trends:** Keep updated on industry trends, competitor performance, and market changes to ensure strategies remain effective and informed.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales. A minimum education level of 12th pass is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial for engaging clients effectively. Candidates must be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess analytical skills to identify market opportunities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. A team-oriented attitude is essential to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Develop plans to execute strategic sales plans to drive sales and meet targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including Retail, FMCG, fitness, hospitality, and events to exceed targets Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure long-term partnerships Provide tailored advertising solutions to clients that meet their specific needs Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of advertising on water bottles, Paper Disposable cups, and LED display Screens Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Work with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales pitches and materials. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the companys products in the market.

Provide excellent customer support while adhering to company policy. Make daily outbound calls on the given data at least 80-100 per day and reach out to potential customers. Have a conversion of 3-5 per day. Do not violate company policy or provide any incorrect or misleading information to customers and clients. Do not spread false commitments to customers. Conduct your work in accordance with company policy. Maintain records efficiently and provide a proper reporting to your senior officer on a day-to-day basis
