- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.- Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions to optimize network performance and efficiency.- Configure and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware devices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network security measures and protocols to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.- Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability for all users within the organization.- Conduct regular network assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance network security.- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends to suggest updates and improvements to the existing network infrastructure.Required Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and certifications such as CCNP- Experience with configuring and managing firewalls, routers, and switches- Understanding of routing protocols and routing switching- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting network issues.
