Networking Engineer (fresher)

- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.

- Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions to optimize network performance and efficiency.

- Configure and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware devices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network security measures and protocols to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.

- Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability for all users within the organization.

- Conduct regular network assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance network security.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends to suggest updates and improvements to the existing network infrastructure.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Proficiency in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP

- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and certifications such as CCNP

- Experience with configuring and managing firewalls, routers, and switches

- Understanding of routing protocols and routing switching

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting network issues.
