We are looking for a dedicated Store Logistics Manager to oversee and improve our logistics operations. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage supply chain processes from start to finish.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Inventory Management:** Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels, working to maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer needs without overstocking.- **Shipping and Receiving Oversight:** Coordinate the shipment of goods to and from the store, ensuring timely deliveries and proper handling of all merchandise.- **Team Leadership:** Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure efficient logistics processes.- **Process Optimization:** Identify areas for improvement within logistics operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- **Supplier Coordination:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and quality of products.- **Reporting and Analysis:** Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare reports for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. A diploma in a related field is essential. Strong analytical skills are crucial for evaluating logistics performance and making data-driven decisions. Effective communication and leadership abilities are necessary to manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in logistics software and tools is expected to enhance operational efficiency.
