Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar applications.Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.Understanding of responsive design and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory.

Overseeing the planning and execution of events and projects, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors Managing budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Developing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency Handling client communications and inquiries, including providing regular updates and resolving any issues that may arise Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the events and planner vertical Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up Leading the sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients Managing and tracking sales activity using our CRM system

Advanced skills in After Effects, FCP and other Adobe Creative Suite tools knowledgeable in Cinema 4D or similar is considered a plus. Colour correction tools At least 2 year of experience working in the digital design services industry and producing 2D / 3D motion graphics. A killer sense of timing with an eye for design, type and layout. A diverse reel showing a range of project types and clients, user interface, brand and some character animation. Great understanding of trends and music. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment Must be able to multitask and work collaboratively with editorial teams across platforms and editorial disciplines Self starter and eagerness to contribute new ideas Must be able to work flexible hours including early morning, nights or weekends, if requested.
