As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while connecting with customers over the phone. Your main focus will be to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to sales efforts.- **Make Outbound Calls:** You will initiate calls to potential customers, introduce them to our offerings, and encourage them to make a purchase or inquiry.- **Follow Up on Inquiries:** Respond to leads and inquiries efficiently by reaching out to customers who have shown interest in our products to provide further information.- **Maintain Customer Database:** Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to support future marketing and sales efforts.- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work to meet specific sales goals set by the management, ensuring that you contribute positively to the overall business objectives.- **Handle Customer Queries:** Address any questions or concerns from customers promptly and politely, ensuring a positive experience.To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in telecalling or a similar position, ideally ranging from 1 to 2 years. A completed education up to the 12th grade is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with customers. You should be persuasive, have good listening abilities, and possess a friendly attitude to build rapport with callers. Additionally, basic computer skills, especially in using CRM software, are necessary to manage customer data efficiently.
