Coordinate with internal team for understanding project requirement & specifications Review the BOQ & LAYOUT Coordinate with stockholders & vendors for estimate Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best rates .Submitting the estimate for MIS team for PO and request cost approval from projects team Prepare the list of materials required & quantity of materials . Sourcing the materials & products required for the project . Preparation of TAT Project timelines with day-to-day work schedule. Supervise & manage the execution of projects , ensuring adherence to quality standards & timeline . Provide technical supports and guidance to the vendors & site workers .Solve any design or execution problems that may arise during the project .updating internal team on work progress .Maintain accurate documentation & records of the project activities .Should be able to handle the project individually & handover the project on time as per the project timelines & quality standards Ensure compliance with all safety regulations & standards on site.Coordinate with client for project updates and doubts on BOQ & LAYOUT .
