negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best rates .

submitting the estimate for mis team for po and request cost approval from projects team

prepare the list of materials required & quantity of materials .

sourcing the materials & products required for the project .

preparation of tat project timelines with day-to-day work schedule.

supervise & manage the execution of projects , ensuring adherence to quality standards & timeline .

provide technical supports and guidance to the vendors & site workers .

solve any design or execution problems that may arise during the project .

updating internal team on work progress .

maintain accurate documentation & records of the project activities .

should be able to handle the project individually & handover the project on time as per the project timelines & quality standards

ensure compliance with all safety regulations & standards on site.

coordinate with client for project updates and doubts on boq & layout .
