Business Development & Vendor Onboarding Identify and onboard new clients for warehouse leasing Develop relationships with logistics companies, traders, and industrial clients Conduct market research to identify demand for warehouse space Negotiate rental agreements and commercial terms Coordinate marketing efforts to increase warehouse occupancy6.
