Relationship Building: Strong presentation skills: Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and additional business from existing clients. Managing Corporate Relationship with all the local Colleges & Institutions. Managing and building database. Monitoring walk-in, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries, follow-up with tele callers on database generated through structured campaigns. Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual student enrollment targets. Ensuring adequate students for coaching batches with in the specified deadlines. Lead generation activities like conducting seminars in colleges, participating actively in BTL & ATL activities.Requirements : Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to grasp quickly & co-relate. Good client relationship / rapport / bonding skills. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Willingness and ability to travel Having a persuasive / go-getter attitude. Passion for learning Overseas education industry knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel . Multi-tasking, organizing and monitoring skills. Self motivated, team player with high energy levels.
