Confirm orders: Make outbound calls to customers to confirm their orders, ensuring accuracy and verifying relevant details.2. Address customer queries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns effectively through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.3. Social media handling: Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.4. WhatsApp, SMS, email, and chat support: Respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and complaints through these communication channels, maintaining a friendly and helpful approach.5. Courier management: Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely pickup, tracking, and delivery of orders. Resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies.6. Order dispatch: Prepare and manage order dispatches, including accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.7. Problem-solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, working closely with other internal departments to provide appropriate solutions.8. Maintain records: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated tools.
