job responsibilities:

1. confirm orders: make outbound calls to customers to confirm their orders, ensuring accuracy and verifying relevant details.

2. address customer queries: provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns effectively through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.

3. social media handling: monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms (., facebook, instagram, twitter), responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

4. whatsapp, sms, email, and chat support: respond to customer inquiries, order updates, and complaints through these communication channels, maintaining a friendly and helpful approach.

5. courier management: coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely pickup, tracking, and delivery of orders. resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies.

6. order dispatch: prepare and manage order dispatches, including accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

7. problem-solving: investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, working closely with other internal departments to provide appropriate solutions.

8. maintain records: accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using our customer relationship management (crm) system or other designated tools.
