Job DescriptionASP.Net Core, WEB Restful APIs, JQuery, Microsoft LINQ, Strong in OOPs concepts.- Hands-on experience of modernization architecture and tools, such as G5, Liquibase, Git, Jenkins and AWS etc. Good To Have Skills - Database Development skills, specifically in Oracle 9i, 10g and 11g,12C PL/SQL,- Previous experience with TSYS PRIME platforms, exposure to leading products implementations- Knowledge in Payment Systems processes and cycles: Issuing, Authorization, Clearing and Settlement - Familiar with ISO 8583 message format

Experience : 2-3 Years Working Timing : 24*7 Shifts (Roster will be shared when candidate joined)Job Title: L2 Support Engineer (Desktop Engineer)job roles and responsibilities: Install and configure Windows and Linux desktop and peripherals and test network connections. Handle daily technical support activities on desktops & laptops, networking and server log monitoring. Basic troubleshooting in printer and scanner. Good knowledge in MS office 2019, office 365, and Open office. Install and regular updates on system applications and browsers. Ensure proper functioning of L2 switch and WIFI Access points. Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with co-workers and clients. L1 support in Desktops, Laptops, software, and hardware for both internal and onsite clients. Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues and resolve issues within given SLA. Good English communication skills and Flexible to work on weekends.Attend all the calls forwarded by EIT Service Desk and by the Incident management team. Ensure calls are resolved within the SLA agreed upon with document closure under the service desk tool Escalate with documented evidence to the next level as and when required to the respective teams (Server, NMC, IT Security, IT SDM & Service delivery) and follow up on its closure with a complete resolution Ensure adherence to operational & technical escalation process (escalation Matrix) Provide accurate information in the shift handovers and on email to the respective function managers. Asset Tagging, Patching, and cabling of the relevant function Assets Good communication skills (in English) with internal & external clients.Location: Mumbai, Vikroli & AiroliWork From office
