Job Description:Roles:1. Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)2. Experience in Bag / Luggage / industry preferred3. Strong communication & negotiation skills4. Dealer & distributor management expertise5. Target-oriented and result-driven approach6. Fluent in Hindi & English7. Proficient in MS Excel, CRM & email communication8. Willingness to travel extensivelyResponsibility:1. Drive Pan-India sales growth and business expansion2. Develop and manage Dealers, Distributors & Corporate Clients3. Handle and grow existing key accounts4. Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets5. Study market trends, competitor pricing & customer demand6. Conduct client meetings, negotiations & closures7. Coordinate with production & logistics teams for timely delivery8. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS & performance reports9. Monitor outstanding payments and credit control10. Guide and mentor junior sales executives11. Represent company at trade fairs, exhibitions & business events
