Job Description: Cab Driver Bangalore LocationWe are looking for a reliable and professional Cab Driver to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services to passengers while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate the cab and transport passengers to their destinations as per assigned schedules.Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety guidelines at all times.Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.Perform regular vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and required documentation.Provide polite and helpful customer service, ensuring a comfortable ride experience.Use GPS/navigation systems effectively to plan the best routes.Handle passenger queries and concerns professionally.Requirements:Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record.Minimum 13 years of experience as a cab or commercial driver.Good knowledge of Bangalore routes and traffic conditions.Basic communication skills in Kannada and/or English.Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.Location: Bangalore

Work and coordinate with leasing team, development team and design consultants. Prepare area statements, FSI and Salable area statements, check project efficiencies and approve drawings/submittals by the various design consultants Track monitor pre construction timelines, design deliveries and building plan approvals to avoid project delays and report the same to the reporting manager. Preparing and coordinating Architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD/Photoshop/Sketch Up/Revit Prepare Technical and coordinated GFC drawings as required for Site Execution. Preparing Sketch Up models for discussion and review with Management Preparing presentations using Photoshop Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
