As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact between customers and the service department of our automotive facility in Bangalore. You will help customers understand their vehicle service needs while providing excellent customer service.Your key responsibilities will include:- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather necessary information about their vehicles to assess service requirements.- **Service Recommendations**: Analyze customer vehicle issues and suggest suitable service solutions, ensuring customers are well-informed about necessary repairs and maintenance.- **Estimates and Approvals**: Prepare service estimates for customers and obtain necessary approvals to begin work, ensuring transparency and trust.- **Service Follow-up**: Communicate service updates to customers while their vehicles are being serviced and keep them informed about the status of their repairs.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and customer interactions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and a passion for automobiles. A basic understanding of vehicle operations is beneficial. You should be able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate keen attention to detail. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role, as ongoing training and development opportunities will be provided.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement structured training modules for salon, spa, and clinic staff.Standardize training content across all locations to ensure uniform service delivery.Onboarding & InductionLead new employee induction programs covering technical skills, grooming, and customer service.Ensure smooth transition of new hires into operational roles.Skill Development & EvaluationConduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher programs.Assess employee performance through evaluations, audits, and feedback mechanisms.Quality & Service ExcellenceMonitor adherence to Bodycraft service standards and SOPs.Identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.Team ManagementLead and manage a team of trainers across locations.Mentor trainers and ensure their continuous development.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with operations, HR, and business heads to align training with organizational goals.Support new store launches with training readiness.Content DevelopmentCreate training manuals, SOPs, videos, and digital learning modules.Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices.
