Standardize training content across all locations to ensure uniform service delivery.
Onboarding & Induction
Lead new employee induction programs covering technical skills, grooming, and customer service.
Ensure smooth transition of new hires into operational roles.
Skill Development & Evaluation
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher programs.
Assess employee performance through evaluations, audits, and feedback mechanisms.
Quality & Service Excellence
Monitor adherence to Bodycraft service standards and SOPs.
Identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of trainers across locations.
Mentor trainers and ensure their continuous development.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with operations, HR, and business heads to align training with organizational goals.
Support new store launches with training readiness.
Content Development
Create training manuals, SOPs, videos, and digital learning modules.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices.
