As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact between customers and the service department of our automotive facility in Bangalore. You will help customers understand their vehicle service needs while providing excellent customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather necessary information about their vehicles to assess service requirements.
- **Service Recommendations**: Analyze customer vehicle issues and suggest suitable service solutions, ensuring customers are well-informed about necessary repairs and maintenance.
- **Estimates and Approvals**: Prepare service estimates for customers and obtain necessary approvals to begin work, ensuring transparency and trust.
- **Service Follow-up**: Communicate service updates to customers while their vehicles are being serviced and keep them informed about the status of their repairs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and customer interactions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
