The Role: Handling end-to-end recruitment with the ability to manage multiple requirements at atime. Conducting initial screening to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics,professional qualification, experience, communication skills, etc. before processing Candidate should be well versed with Job portals like; Naukri/ Monster/ Times jobs etc. Handling recruitment for all BPO functions including middle-level hiring.
