The Role:
• Handling end-to-end recruitment with the ability to manage multiple requirements at a
time.
• Conducting initial screening to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics,
professional qualification, experience, communication skills, etc. before processing
• Candidate should be well versed with Job portals like; Naukri/ Monster/ Times jobs etc.
• Handling recruitment for all BPO functions including middle-level hiring.
• Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they
have any issues such as compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc.
• Should have (preferably) handled hiring for outbound telesales candidates for
international market
• Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures
• Should be able to manage vendors
