the role:
• handling end-to-end recruitment with the ability to manage multiple requirements at a
time.
• conducting initial screening to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics,
professional qualification, experience, communication skills, etc. before processing
• candidate should be well versed with job portals like; naukri/ monster/ times jobs etc.
• handling recruitment for all bpo functions including middle-level hiring.
• following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they
have any issues such as compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc.
• should have (preferably) handled hiring for outbound telesales candidates for
international market
• preparing and updating hr policies and procedures
• should be able to manage vendors
