Job Title: Transport Tracking Process - BPO Representative (Immediate Joiner)Location: West DelhiExperience: Minimum 6 months in BPO industryJob Type: Full-timeShift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)Working Days: 5 days a weekWeekoffs: Rotational weekoffs (every 2 weeks off)Process: Blended process - Transport trackingResponsibilities:* Monitor and manage transportation processes* Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers* Update and track shipment status* Resolve customer inquiries and issues* Meet productivity and quality targets* Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment* Utilize technology and software to manage transportation operationsRequirements:* 6 months minimum experience in BPO industry* Strong communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts* Ability to start immediately (no notice period required)* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Experience in transport tracking or related process preferred
