Attending leads generated through various lead sources2. Organizing travel arrangements for the client and offering the best option for the products like Air, hotels, sightseeing and packages.3. Achieving sales targets, conversion targets4. Coordinating with operation team and accounts team, once the sales is done for smooth functioning of offered services5. Attending various destination online training programs in order to make yourself equipped to handle all the destination queries confidently and give proper guidance to the traveler while planning his holiday.

. The key responsibility of the Sales Executive is to research and appoint Dealers in the market with Good Track record. Further, the incumbent is also required to achieve the sales targets given to him from time to time. Appointing of Dealers: Identifying & reaching out to multiple Dealers for appointment. These should include but will not be limited to Furnishing Showrooms and Whole sellers Ensure timely payment collections from the Dealers Maintain cordial relationship between the Dealers by offering them the best service possible Rolls (Bulk orders) selling to Dealers / Wholesalers Ensuring that NuHome Decor becomes a known brand name and gains a good reputation as a Supplier of choice for Dealers. Building good relationships with key decision makers at the Showrooms. Ensuring that the Travel and accommodation cost is within the allowances given Bench marking Products offerings with rest of industry and suggest new products from time to time Achieve Monthly Sales, Album selling and Active Dealer Targets Submit Daily DSR in the prescribed format Submit market visit report on the Mobile App in real time Skills and Competencies:The candidate should possess the following proven effective skills: Selling Skills Knowledge of Good Dealer in the market Communication Skills Presentation Skills Positive personality and grooming skillsMoreover, he should also have: Ability to make and submit accurate DSR Ability to handle high pressure situations and workloads A proactive nature Knowledge of how to evaluate Dealers with the help of communication and market research Basic Mobile usage skills

- Expertise in Python, API Development preferably in Chalice or Flask- Experience with S3/AWS RDS/Document DB is good to have.- Developing the API contracts based on requirements from the architecture team- Developing the API logic- Storing and reading data using underlying databases (document DB elastic search)- Working with aws components such as S3, API gateway, different types of RDS, lambdas, etc.- Working experience with gift CI/CD Jenkins- Must have some experience with Python and API development (preferably in Chalice or Flask)
