Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers in target organizations. Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.Requirements: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate value propositions to clients.
