We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Naroda. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in operating CNC machines, ensuring accurate production and quality of parts.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set up CNC Machines:** Prepare and adjust machinery for production by loading programs and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.- **Monitor Machine Operations:** Continuously check machine operations to ensure they are working effectively and follow the specified parameters.- **Inspect Finished Products:** Examine completed parts for adherence to specifications using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure quality.- **Perform Routine Maintenance:** Conduct regular maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to keep them in good working condition.- **Troubleshoot Issues:** Identify and resolve any machine malfunctions or inconsistencies in production to minimize downtime.- **Follow Safety Guidelines:** Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must have at least 1-5 years of experience as a CNC operator. A minimum education level of 10th grade is required. Applicants should be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and familiarity with different materials is expected.
