Hiring For CNC Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Naroda. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in operating CNC machines, ensuring accurate production and quality of parts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set up CNC Machines:** Prepare and adjust machinery for production by loading programs and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.

- **Monitor Machine Operations:** Continuously check machine operations to ensure they are working effectively and follow the specified parameters.

- **Inspect Finished Products:** Examine completed parts for adherence to specifications using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure quality.

- **Perform Routine Maintenance:** Conduct regular maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to keep them in good working condition.

- **Troubleshoot Issues:** Identify and resolve any machine malfunctions or inconsistencies in production to minimize downtime.

- **Follow Safety Guidelines:** Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have at least 1-5 years of experience as a CNC operator. A minimum education level of 10th grade is required. Applicants should be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
