Job Description: 1. To manage technical design, development, and testing of the Front office i.e. Point of Sale and/or back office application i.e. Oracle EBS as per the design document from the team leader / reporting manager. 2. To devise detail actual functionality match to technical problems during issue management, enhancement, updates, revision, new requirements. 3. To manage issues generated in the front-office and back-office application with detail Root Cause Analysis. 4. Documentation as per the SDLC for Front Office and Back Office Applications. Experience: 1. Must have any degree 2. Must have knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports 9i or 10g or 11g 3. Must have knowledge of Oracle PL-SQL (Writing Stored Procedure, Packages, User Defined Function, etc.) 4. Must have experience of minimum 7 years. 5. Knowledge on the tuning the query or clear concepts on the SQL Explain Plan would be added to the advantage. 6. Certification on the Oracle Forms & Reports would be added to the advantage.

Job Description: Gather trends from historical data in the store around sales as well as market research and provide relevant inputs to assist in the planning process Adhere to the budget guidelines for store. Implement short-term operating plans and adhere to budgets provided. Ensure control over operating expenses in the store. Achieve the store sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on quality of customer service in stores. Coordinate with merchandizing team to ensure the supply of merchandise to store as per the demand. Deliver store sales and operating expenses targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Ensure high level of customer service and customer delight. Ensure the creation of right shopping ambience in the stores. Adhere to reverse logistics (for old gold) guidelines as per the defined SOPs. Support in execution of any activities aimed at increasing sales. Provide inputs for the merchandize requirements at the store based on store specific sales patterns and consumer preferences and provide proactive feedback on aspects of inventory levels, pricing, promotions, shelf space utilization. Responsible for conducting daily security checks in the store. Oversee the forecasting of demand basis the sales each day and transfer the knowledge around the fast moving designs and latest trends. Implement the loss prevention activities in the store as per the guidelines. Monitor processes to minimize losses due to shop lifting or pilferage. Generate all the required reports (Daily sales and collections, monthly and quarterly MIS, market intelligence reports etc.). Support business process re-engineering team in conducting audits in the store and take corrective actions for the processes which come out as improvement areas in audit results.

Experience of 2+ years from a Digital Advertising & Marketing Agency or a Digital Communications Profile in a Luxury BrandBachelors or Masters in Mass Media/Mass Communications/Advertising/MarketingMust be from a Tier 1 Digital Advertising & Marketing Agency - Some top-of-the-mind agencies include Dentsu Creative (Isobar, WATConsult, Webschutney), 22feet, Indigo Consulting, Interactive Avenues, Wunderman Thompson, The Glitch, Schbang, and the likes.Profile of the candidate in the Digital Advertising & Marketing Agency should be into digital communications strategy & planning in social media marketing is a must.
