Develop comprehensive project plans outlining the scope, timeline, budget and resources required. Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand project requirements and expectations. Ensure effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders involved in the project. Develop a detailed site plan based on the approved design, considering factors like space utilization, safety, and workflow efficiency. Work with project team to address any design or logical challenges during planning phase.
