Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) verification calls with customers in Malayalam.Verify customer identity and documents as per RBI & company guidelines.Ensure compliance with all KYC regulations and internal policies.Maintain accurate records of customer verification.Handle customer queries politely and professionally during video calls.Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the compliance team.RequirementsGraduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory) + Basic English/Hindi understanding.Prior experience in customer service, KYC, banking, or BFSI sector preferred.Good computer skills and ability to handle digital platforms.Freshers with good Malayalam communication can also apply.Salary15,000 20,000 per month (depending on experience)
