You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining our insurance and wellness products, and closing sales. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans. Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details. Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Collaborate with the internal operations team to resolve issues. Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain brand standards.
