our Insurance & Health vertical. You will be responsible for connecting with potential

customers over the phone, explaining our insurance and wellness products, and closing

 Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (General Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance and health

plans.

 Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.

 Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.

 Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details.

 Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

 Collaborate with the internal operations team to resolve issues.

 Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain brand standards.
