As an Anaesthesiologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures, as well as providing anesthesia care for various medical interventions. Your expertise and commitment to patient care are essential to our institution's mission to deliver high-quality healthcare and medical education.Key Responsibilities:1. Administer and monitor anesthesia for patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.2. Assess patients' medical histories, conditions, and treatment plans to develop tailored anesthesia care plans.3. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure the safe and effective administration of anesthesia during procedures.4. Maintain patient records and document anesthesia-related data accurately.5. Monitor patients' vital signs, oxygen levels, and other parameters during anesthesia to make immediate adjustments as needed.6. Manage patients' post-operative pain and provide pain relief through various techniques and medications.7. Respond to emergencies and life-threatening situations during procedures, including resuscitation and airway management.8. Stay current with the latest developments and best practices in anesthesia care and maintain licensure and certifications.9. Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and other healthcare personnel.Qualifications and Experience:- A degree in Medicine with a specialization in Anaesthesiology (MS/ DNB Anaesthesiology).
