Job Title: Chief Sales Officer/Sales Manager B2BWork Location: Mumbai Department: SalesReports To: Top ManagementFull Time: Yes Part Time: NA Trainee/ Intern: NADuties / Responsibilities: To Prepare the yearly sales plan with monthly and quarterly target. To get sales plan approved by the top management. To prepare a road map to achieve the sales plan in line with organisation policies and framework. To help in recruitment, coaching and mentoring of sales staff under command. To strictly monitor performance of the sales staff under command. To achieve growth and hit sales targets year on year basis by successfully managing the sales team. To develop direct corporate customer to achieve perpetual revenue generation for the organisation. To assist other team member with customer, connect and support them in their activities for overall growth of the company. To Coordinate with the backend operation team for smooth after sales process. To channelize the feedback from the customers for internal improvement and better customer retention. To prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS on performance and achievement of sales plan of the Company. To play active role and support ERP implementation. To support implementation of HR policies of the Company. To undertake any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.Work Experience:Minimum 10 years in sales Preferably worked in startups Education :Graduation / post graduation in sales or marketing . excellent communication skills MS office /ERP working knowledge
