duties / responsibilities:
• to prepare the yearly sales plan with monthly and quarterly target.
• to get sales plan approved by the top management.
• to prepare a road map to achieve the sales plan in line with organisation policies and framework.
• to help in recruitment, coaching and mentoring of sales staff under command.
• to strictly monitor performance of the sales staff under command.
• to achieve growth and hit sales targets year on year basis by successfully managing the sales team.
• to develop direct corporate customer to achieve perpetual revenue generation for the organisation.
• to assist other team member with customer, connect and support them in their activities for overall growth of the company.
• to coordinate with the backend operation team for smooth after sales process.
• to channelize the feedback from the customers for internal improvement and better customer retention.
• to prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly mis on performance and achievement of sales plan of the company.
• to play active role and support erp implementation.
• to support implementation of hr policies of the company.
• to undertake any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
work experience:
minimum 10 years in sales
preferably worked in startups
education :
graduation / post graduation in sales or marketing . excellent communication skills
ms office /erp working knowledge
