prepare the variety of CAD design/drafting activities group including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects on building, airports, and data center, establishing guidelines and procedures for CAD data management, and managing workload distribution within the CAD departmentDetail Engineering:1. Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and more complex drawings.2. Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, to ensure consistent documentation of the project. 3. Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and other customer documentation if service is requested by the application engineer or project manager. 4. Work with DGM on guidelines for installation drawings which meet and exceed the customers requirements (bid and submittal phase). Implement these requirements on drawings sent to the customer. 5. Serve as an information source on planning and design of BDA.6. Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (like drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and /performance guarantees) for future reference. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third-party items and services data base. Review and modify information with supervision by the DGM. Make data available to application engineers and project managers. 8. Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.9. Other duties as required relating to CAD database maintenance, PDM, etc.

Studying and understanding of TL tender Specifications & Sending RFQ to all eligible suppliers and calling quotations at tender stage. Compiling of rates in Comparative statement Negotiation with suppliers. Support tendering team in providing tender documents i.e. GTP, Drawings, MAF, QR documents etc. RFQ to suppliers at Order stage for Procurement & coordination with CPMG for taking PR on timely basis. Release of LOI for Regular & RFL material. Having good knowledge of Purchase order terms and conditions. Coordination with CPMG & other internal stakeholders for getting PR. Preparation of RFQ in SAP & timely raising of CPDC for all BOI items in SAP. After CPDC approval from all levels , timely raising of SAP PO and communicating to suppliers & getting PO acceptance. PO Amendment in SAP as per requirement Coordinating with SAP team & trouble Shooting of SAP issues in SA BOI.
