The VMC Programmer will operate and program VMC machines using a FANUC controller, ensuring precise execution of engineering tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of relevant experience and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings effectively.Key responsibilities include programming VMC machines and adjusting cutting speeds and feeds based on the specifications of the engineering drawings. The candidate is expected to work for up to 12 hours if required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to project deadlines. The candidate is required to have a strong understanding of operating a VMC and be adept in utilizing FANUC controls to achieve optimal performance in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, a detail-oriented mindset for quality control, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Accuracy in programming and operating the VMC is critical for maintaining quality standards in production. Candidates should be male and must have completed at least the 10th standard. Job Summary:-We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, banking, reconciliation and related financial activities.Key Responsibilities1. Day-to-Day AccountingRecord and maintain all day-to-day accounting transactions in TallyPrime - latest available version.Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment and Journal entries.Maintain customer, vendor and general ledgers accurately.Verify invoices, bills, receipts, payment documents and supporting records before posting entries.Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.Monitor and maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.2. Workshop & Automobile AccountingHandle accounting entries related to vehicle servicing, repair jobs, spare parts, consumables and workshop expenses.Verify customer invoices and vendor bills related to spare parts, labour, services and other workshop purchases.Maintain proper records of vendor purchases and customer billing.Coordinate with the Service Advisors, Purchase Team and Management for accounting-related discrepancies.Track customer outstanding payments and vendor outstanding balances.Ensure that all accounting entries are supported by proper documentation.3. Bank & ReconciliationHandle day-to-day banking transactions.Prepare and maintain bank payment/receipt records.Conduct regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and Tally.Maintain proper records of online transfers, cheque payments, deposits and other banking transactions.Visit the bank whenever required for routine banking-related work.4. Vendor & Customer ReconciliationPerform regular customer ledger reconciliation.Perform vendor ledger reconciliation.Identify differences in invoices, payments, credit notes and outstanding balances.Follow up internally and with customers/vendors to resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate outstanding reports.5. Salary & Other Accounting SupportAssist in salary-related accounting and payment processing.Maintain records related to employee advances, reimbursements and other staff payments.Assist management in preparing routine financial and accounting reports.Provide accounting information and reports to management as required.6. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related activities.Coordinate with external CA/consultant for required accounting information and documents.Ensure accounting records are updated and properly maintained.Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Graduate, preferably B.Com / M.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.Hands-on experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.Candidate must be comfortable riding a two-wheeler for banking and other official outdoor work when required.Should be willing to handle both office-based accounting and occasional outdoor banking activities.Desired Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be:Hands-on and practical in accounting.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.Ability to identify accounting errors and discrepancies.Accurate and detail-oriented.Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of financial information.Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.Comfortable coordinating with vendors, customers, workshop staff and management.Proactive in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.Willing to take responsibility for timely completion of accounting and banking activitiesSalary25,000 - 30,000 per monthSalary will depend on the candidate's experience, Tally knowledge, accounting skills and overall suitability for the position.Important RequirementsTally Prime knowledge + Complete Accounting Knowledge + Bank Reconciliation + Banking Transactions + Valid Two-Wheeler License are mandatory.Candidates who do not have practical Tally experience or a valid two-wheeler license may not be considered.
