Job descriptionA. About the Role:Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting daily site visits to monitor RDSS works being executed in various areas of Jodhpur and to ensure adherence to prescribed quality standards. The role involves overall monitoring of RDSS power distribution works and coordination with implementing agencies/turnkey contractors, DISCOMs, and other stakeholders to track project progress and monitor the supply chain of materials for smooth execution of the works.The position also includes identifying potential bottlenecks in project implementation and assisting in the preparation of remedial action plans in coordination with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of the project.B.
