Essential Qualification for the Skilled worker: The technical worker deployed for Electrical maintenance shall have minimum qualification of ITI (Electrician/Electronic Mechanic/Wirethan) OR NCTVT certificate for Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/ Wireman OR having having electrician wireman licence from State Government/PWDB. Shall have an experience of minimum 1 year of working in heavy industry OR successfully completed apprenticeship as an Electrician/Electronic Fitter/Wireman.C. The certificates, knowledge & experience of workmen shall be tested by OFAJ representative for eligibility checking at the time of deploying him by the firm. A trade test may also be conducted before deployment & based on the result of test the individual shall be deployed.
