The Stock Manager will play a key role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring smooth operations within our facility. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage stock efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the following:- Oversee Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on a daily basis to ensure the availability of products, preventing shortages and overstocks.- Conduct Stock Audits: Regularly check inventory records against physical stock to identify discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in reporting.- Coordinate Stock Replenishment: Work with suppliers to arrange timely deliveries of products, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed without delays.- Organize Stock Storage: Implement and maintain an organized storage system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of items, optimizing workspace efficiency.- Train and Supervise Staff: Guide team members in stock handling procedures, ensuring they understand the importance of maintaining accurate inventory records.Candidates for this position should possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management software is preferred, and good communication skills are essential for collaboration with suppliers and team members. The ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock, is also expected.
