Hiring Stock Manager For Mango Jamshedpur

The Stock Manager will play a key role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring smooth operations within our facility. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage stock efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the following:

- Oversee Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on a daily basis to ensure the availability of products, preventing shortages and overstocks.

- Conduct Stock Audits: Regularly check inventory records against physical stock to identify discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in reporting.

- Coordinate Stock Replenishment: Work with suppliers to arrange timely deliveries of products, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed without delays.

- Organize Stock Storage: Implement and maintain an organized storage system to facilitate easy access and retrieval of items, optimizing workspace efficiency.

- Train and Supervise Staff: Guide team members in stock handling procedures, ensuring they understand the importance of maintaining accurate inventory records.
