Job descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesMarket bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiting partners across the US.Identify suitable contract opportunities through job portals, vendor emails, and professional networks.Submit consultant profiles to matching requirements and track submission status.Coordinate interviews between consultants and vendors/clients.Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and close consultant placements.Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure maximum consultant placements.Ensure consultant availability, documentation, and compliance throughout the placement process.Meet weekly and monthly placement targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
