The Delivery Personnel shall not be below 18 years of age.3. The Delivery Personnel shall not provide the services contemplated in this Agreement under influence of alcohol orintoxicating substance or narcotics.4. The Delivery Personnel shall not transport any goods belonging to any other party nor shall carry any hazardous goodsof any nature whatsoever.5. The Delivery Personnel shall not tamper with any goods belonging to Shadowfax nor shall open the packaging of anysuch goods.6. The Delivery Personnel shall load and upload goods only as per the instructions of courier partner .7. The Delivery Personnel shall be of good character.8.
