Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.Verify identification, passes, and authorization as required.Patrol the premises regularly to identify security risks, suspicious activity, or safety hazards.Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems where applicable.Maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident registers accurately.Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, or misuse of company property.Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, and other disturbances.Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches to the supervisor immediately.Assist during emergencies, evacuations, and fire or safety drills.Maintain discipline and security at gates, reception areas, parking areas, and other designated locations.Follow all company security procedures, rules, and emergency protocols.Coordinate with police, fire services, medical personnel, or other authorities when required.Prepare daily security reports and hand over important information to the next shift.Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th standard education preferred.Previous experience in security work is preferred.Good observation and communication skills.Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.Honest, alert, disciplined, and responsible.Ability to remain calm and act appropriately during emergencies.Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures is desirable.Working ConditionsMay involve rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.Requires regular patrolling and prolonged standing.Must comply with uniform, grooming, and workplace safety requirements.Key Performance IndicatorsEffective prevention of unauthorized access and security incidents.Accurate maintenance of security and visitor records.Timely reporting and response to incidents.Compliance with security procedures and shift responsibilities.
