Fitness/ Statutory and other certifications.4. Duty allocation to staff5. House keeping / cleanliness of workshop / buses (including presentability).6. Care of Company assets 7. Implementation and sustenance of all processes8. Ensuring best maintenance practices to avoid any Km loss resulting into penalties 9. Should be thorough with maintenance penalty table so as to avoid any penalties.10. Ensuring time to time training sessions for manpower and staff as per training calendar11. Ensuring timely preparation and further signing of reports from authority officials for monthly billingEngg. Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Should have worked as the workshop Incharge of an automobile workshop for 5 to 7 years
