As a Visa Counsellor in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to individuals seeking guidance for express entry. super visa, visitor visa, study and other canadian visas. Your key responsibilities will include building strong customer relationships, assisting with visa processing and filling, and using your convincing and interpersonal skills to help clients successfully obtain their visas. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, be a graduate, possess exceptional customer service skills, and have a strong understanding of the visa application process, specifically for student visas. Working full-time from the office, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the visa application process and achieve their travel or study goals.

Counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Counselor must evaluate all clients and deal with all applications face to face or over the call to ensure that the client is suitable for applying to a specific country. You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit of admissions as well as the filling process. Please ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct and make sure to take consent form before proceeding with the application in admissions process. The counselor must share all the charges of the company as well as of the institutes to the clients on all the steps of the processing. You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. It is important and mandatory to meet the monthly sales targets to be eligible for the salary. You must be able to help the client to obtain a visa and other documentation required at the filling stage. You must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to the processing.Make sure to take online and offline training to be updated with concerned country visa process. It is the responsibility of the counselor to collect all the documents from the clients and provide it to the departments concerned before the deadline passed along with SOP/ motivation letter.
