We are looking for a Ticketing Manager to join our team in Jammu. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with up to 5 years of experience in ticketing management. The ideal candidate must have completed their 12th grade and be eager to contribute to our ticketing operations.Key responsibilities include managing daily ticket sales and services. You will ensure that all ticketing processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any ticket-related issues, providing excellent customer service at all times.In addition, you will oversee the scheduling and organization of events, ensuring that all tickets are accurately accounted for and available for sale. This role requires you to work closely with other departments to coordinate ticketing needs and fulfill client requests.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Ground staff are the people who keep airport and airline operations running smoothly on the ground.
