As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include promoting products or services, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You must possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and capable of working independently. A minimum of a 12th pass qualification is required for this role. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home, offering flexibility and convenience.
